I don't know I'm usually in the cops corner in these instances but on this one I'm not sure... it looks to me like they just saw him and pulled up on him firing away. they didn't take time to see if he had a gun and definitely didn't give him time to point anything. that was a straight killing. Now maybe he did something before this footage was taken that justified it and if that's the case then ok.
