First of all Im not going to draw any conclusions but the video begins with the police beating him. We don't know what happened seconds before the police laid hands on him. Now after reading everything yall posted it seems like they may have been trying to arrest him for whatever reason. Im not saying that there aren't any bad cops out their but I'm saying that typically they just dont start beating you for nothing. If they were trying to arrest him and he fought back which would have been stupid on his part they have the right to use force. Because he tried to resist the arrest is why the situation escalated. However it looks like he intended to fight not only that when he ran around to the passenger side of the car he could have gotten in the car. However he chose to make things worse by grabbing a gun and shooting at the police. That's never going to turn out well for him. Finally...we dont know the full story we can't draw conclusions based on this short film.
