Same thing happens here at my job, just have to show them you’re not afraid to throw down. Really means that you’re ready to fight, obv this is not what you want to be doing at work, both people would probably get fired. But, if old guys are testing you, the bosses probably know and want to see if you’ll follow direction. Remember you’re not working for yourself brothers and sisters, you’re working for Christ.
