I've actually done this on my rental. They were screaming "squatters' righrs" and all things I could not legally do. SO very satisfying to open MY FRONT DOOR and let fresh air in. Also I needed access to look at repairs my "non-paying tenants complained about. I can't turn off the electrical service but I DID remove MY circuit breakers 👍 They were gone before sundown
