What a piece of garbage
I don’t blame the judge for giving her 45 days in jail. It will do her good she’s not working anyhow so won’t cost a penny in fact it will save her money she won’t have to pay for food while she’s in jail, unless she chooses to hello, I was take her two weeks to set up a canteen which is 14 days into the 45 days that she’s sentence it would still be worth it could still have 31 days to get food at the canteen, which is much better than prison 🍱 🍔🍕🥪

The voice?
She's asked going on 2 years to have her rights terminated. They refuse to start the process for that, but have the nerve to say she didn't start the process?! She isn't an attorney she tells the court and its the courts obligation. How is a non attorney suppose to start the process other than saying for 2 YEARS terminate the rights! She then states she never recieved the disability paperwork. if they didn't require a signature when recieved and she's saying she didn't recieve them. Then it sounds like they either wasn't sent , or the mail lost them. Either way not her fault again, and ontop of that she's even called several times she stated to have them sent. 3rd she isn't wrong , once you have a felony on your record best of luck getting a job for the first 7 years.

Ahhh go figure lol I have felonies and have never had a problem getting a job. And a good paying job. Work in the trades and you can still make a $100k a year. Industrial maintenance, have been doing that 16 years now.

the system is designed for you to fail and get locked up you cant wait for them you have to stay up on that im guessing the paperwork shes talking about is to get on disability she could of done that online she could of found the documents online and filled them out in multiple ways and sent it multiple ways and the courts don't mess around when it comes to child support they don't care if your starving and are homeless you gotta pay for your kids or take care of them and the whole concept of giving up your rights everyone has to be in agreement of that or a judge can order it but you can just say oh I don't want the rights anymore cause you don't wanna pay child support this chick is crazy

Idk what state this is in but in Oklahoma a person cannot just sign off her responsibility. The law says that if the other parent has another person in their lives willing to stepup and adopt her the child or children then it can happen .but that also makes step parent s responsibility if they divorce .
