I'm so damn lazy I called my local PD and invited them to park on my driveway 148 speeding tickets and 9 loss of licenses (50+over) 2 stolen cars 6 DUI's in 12 shifts 😆 no twinkies where ever harmed

the speed limit is twenty during specific times and hours drove school buses...it even counts as speeding if you go over twenty at night if the school is having events,assemblies, it may vary slightly by state or whatever....but that is criminal mischief,criminal damaging ,basically he can be punished, especially if someone struck a pedestrian or another car and someone died.

First of all it's not flashing, sign clearly states when flashing 20mph, secondly that definitely wasn't 61mph, and Thirdly that was a Cake Roll it's not going to break your Windshield
