Not sure what what the car was dragging.(look closer) Something white, back passenger side, snaps off and hits the truck. Causing that damage we see. NOT a gunshot
Look at the bottom of the screenshot. It looks like the high pressure air gun thing to clean vents etc.
All you dummies saying the guy got shot at.......They are at a car wash with a vacuuming station and nozzles to fill your washer fluid. It appears that the vehicle driving by has a nozzle attached to it and it snaps and flies back and hits the truck.

it wasn't a gun. None of you apparently have situational awareness either. The car was dragging a line of some sort and it snapped. the blue object on the ground is what came flying back into the truck and caused the hole, which, again, is nothing remotely close to a bullet hole.
