Assuming they're all here legally, that's great. More power to them. If not, then there are criminals in sight. We support legal immigration and work visas, but not illegal immigration, even if they are working.

that is the worst job anybody can get, been under the sun for 8+ hours and bent down like that all them hours? I bet them mens go home with the biggest back pain anybody can get but wth those ppls right there are the most responsible ppls you can find, they work long hours because they have to maintain, support their fam wife and kids, + they also support their parents sisters and brothers, grandparents, nieces, nephews, when they get paid they might stay with a little to nothing just to support their fam, yet you ppls see them and all you see is criminals, don't judge the book by it cover, you'll don't know their situations, you'll don't know why they work long hours and even though there are managers, or bussinnes owners abusing this ppls telling them they have to stay to work 18+ h if they don't do it they tell them they are going to call ice on them, just abusing ppls situations
