If you want a new house, have a friend or a family member start a tree company get it fully insured. Wait a couple months do a couple small jobs then have them cut down the largest tree beside your house where it falls on it destroys it then file an insurance claim with that company. Let them go bankrupt and you get a new house. That would be the ideal way.
