1st we dont know the whole scoop of this video clip, however the dude with the camera doesn't make the laws, that's up to the US Congress and states' legislature, just because you have a camera doesn't give you the right to argue with a cop, comply and have it out in court, not out on the streets

Some of these cop supporters talking all this b.s. If there are laws that give the citizens rights, it's not up to the cop to say otherwise. So many are actually soft. They hide behind the badge.
