See the cop doesn’t like it that he was questioning, and that was a retaliatory, detainment or arrest. The guy is correct. There’s no indication of drugs. There’s no reason for him to be searching a vehicle. If it was a traffic offense that he was pulled over for that’s all it is.

The vape pen does give him consent to search without warrant, regardless of the legality of the vape it's still illegal to consume THC in public and against the law to drive without the proper child proof container.
