We had the same problem Hence we canceled our policy with them. We had hail damage to our roof that was plainly covered in our policy as it stated. The adjuster denied the claim and we had to pay the cost of our roof to be changed out of our pockets because of the adjusters report. Then my next door neighbor who had the same exact coverage on his roof as us got his changed minus his deductible. You guessed it . Hail damage. In fact my wife and I were out of town when the hail storm hit our neighborhood. And it was him who told me I better get my roof inspected. And we got a different adjuster and was denied our claim damage. Go figure. I really often thought about how these claims work. I sometimes fee thatl after so many of these insurance claim payouts are done. These Insurance company's instruct their claims department to get real selective who is covered and who is not to help absorb their losses especially when its catastrophic across a large area.

he's in public, there's no expectation of privacy, doesn't matter if it's a one party state or not, even when he walked up to the house it's not his property, so there is still no expectation of privacy, only if it's your private property or you're in a bathroom anywhere, you have no expectation of privacy.
