if the neighbors really did call about a strange vehicle sitting and chilling in their neighborhood,then the officer is doing his job to make sure it isn't a child predator or someone casing the homes to rob them later or worse. not all cops are bad. some become a police officer to actually help people.

If the woman is parked there and intending harm or to do crimes, it would behoove her to have a ready excuse. Something like “oh I’m waiting for my cousin to get here cause my car broke down” or something. Anybody with half a brain would try to avoid confrontation with the police.
