I'd get his name and badge number and take him to court for pull me over for no reason and not know why and taking up my time and harassment.
Maybe he was stopped because the officer in the car had his siren activated and the biker was about to pull out in front of him. Sometimes it's hard to hear a siren over the sound of a bikes engine. 🏍
I've read the background on this story before. He grabed the biker cause the an approching unit was running code and the bike would have been in the way. When the approching unit saw the bike being stopped he wanted to make sure the officer was ok before proceeding.
