As a type 1 diabetic, a drop in blood sugar can happen very unexpectedly and you can go from ok to nearly fainting in moments. I’ve had to open up drinks and candy in the middle of the store because I was all of sudden sweating and shaking out of nowhere. High blood sugar will kill you slowly but low blood sugar can kill you now. This man could’ve very well been in a life threatening state and had to eat the food in an emergency and now his face is all over social media like he’s a thief. Sad world we live in

If you have diabetes you don’t take from other people you bring your supplies with you insulin glucose tabs if you don’t want glucose tabs keep some snacks and candy in your car if you can’t afford insulin eat better more fiber less sugar more protein too like fish and beef they help regulate sugar and insulin

I can say I don’t agree with him eating the food but at the same time I believe the diabetic part my best friend of 15 years since we were 5 years old was diagnosed when we were about 12 he lived with me and one fay my brother told me I needed to come home when I was at work I asked why and he said he was dad and I rushed bike and my sister and my step dad all told me I don’t wanna see him and later on my sister told me he had a fudgeround in his mouth and he looked like he collapsed when he went to get up to get his insulin out of his mini fridge I waited to hewr ehat happend snd the autopsy took forever since we went only 18 and 19 and they finally come back weeks later and said it was a diabetic stroke it can happen in the blink of an eye diabetics truly isn’t a joke didn’t mean to trauma dump I just seen this and thought about him and other who are also diabetic yoi have to keep a close eye on them even if they don’t watch themselves
I'm insulin dependant and I also do door dash but always keep something in my car no matter what so no if he's diabetic it's his responsibility to keep something on him at all times for occasions like this. You don't get to eat someone's food because of your insulin over dose or forgetting to eat

I have diabetic family members and for that I keep juice and candy in my car wherever I go. It’s helped my grandma and ma out. You can clearly see he is struggling. Show some compassion for each other and this world we live in would be a better place.

I'm with the Uber driver or the all you can eat driver, whatever he's called Uber Eats. If he's going into a diabetic coma, I don't blame him for eating the food he's trying to stay alive. You can see it in his eyes. My husband was a type 2 diabetic, and when he would crash is blood sugar, it was horrible to watch. How he acted and if he didn't get insulin or sugar in him?
