I believe that's Peter Lugers Steakhouse in Brooklyn,NY. I've never been there but it's on my bucket list. I do have a close friend that lives in Manhattan and he's been dining there at least 5 or 6 times a year for the past 40 years. He has told me that he's noticed a decline in their service over the last couple of years.😕
