According to MPD, concerned residents called the police after finding a 6-year-old wandering near SE 12th Street and Patterson. Police officers noticed that the child had scars and burn injuries on the bottom of their feet. February 2026 Elections: Mayoral races, council member elections, and school... The child was also noticeably malnourished. Dilon Moore and Cathy Ngo were located as the child's parents. During an interview, Moore admitted to using a lighter to burn the child's foot as a method of discipline, and Ngo admitted to participating in the child abuse. Moore and Ngo were arrested and charged with child abuse and child neglect.
These evil "parents" deserve nothing short of a good ole-fashioned stomping, if found guilty.🤬🤬 Harming a defenseless child makes my blood boil!!

Can you imagine the courage and fear from this poor little child as he finally finds an opportunity to get away. He was probably at the point where it was go now or he knew he wouldn't survive. This shattered my heart to watch. Thank you to every one of you that helped him. You saved his life!!! I hope he is living with someone that shows him love beyond measure....because hell is all he has ever known

The guy is his bio dad and is married to the stepmom and they would hold a lighter to the bottom of his foot to punish him .. he had severe burns on his feet and had to be hospitalized, they also withheld food from him

If you're going to miss treat a child give them up to social services. There were times in my life where I struggled but I would never treat my child as such.
