cycleist are notorious and known for their selfishness. it's all about them and the worldust stop for them. not in my town though they get struck by mirrors and the sides of cars often, it's not rare to see one curled up on the side of the road with a bent up bike
I would of been upset to have my drinking water come out of a trash can and not a sanitary cooler. so there's that
those are set up for runners to cool off those aren't for drinking the drinking water will be on the tables in small disposable cups as to keep them from having to carry a water bottle while they run they are called ice dipping stations it is a step in trying to prevent heat stroke to the runners hope this helped anyone who was confused
