should of had it towed for parking on side walk but the people probably had connections so they chose to give them a minor inconvenience like picking up the tire at the local police station than a major inconvenience like getting your vehicle out of impound.. india ain't America over there it's who you know is all that matters not like here where they say everyone is treated equally but that isn't necessarily true but at least you have a 50/50 chance..
