this is misleading very misleading bottom line is property owner or a custodian of that property for whatever reasons doesn't want you on their property you have to leave or you're guilty of trespassing and can be arrested

The officer said DOC that usually means department of corrections most states have laws specifically for prisons that there is no videotaping besides that he never said they could not video it comes down to a trespassing issue the custodian of the property ask them to leave public or private they can be asked to leave if they do not leave they are trespassing that's criminal The officer was asking them to go off the property and they could video from there pretty much always there's more than one law pertaining to a situation and you can't pick which ones you want to obey
