If I order a steak I'm getting a steak! If they bring me chicken it's not a big deal, everybody makes mistakes. Just explain the situation and it will be fixed in 10-15 minutes.
Yea that's good advice but it doesn't address the root issues. Ask people why they act that way over those things. You're giving a solution. Wonderful! But address the issues causing the behavior! Depression, anxiety, and a whole lot of other personal issues cause these behaviors most of the time.

They say " it's your reaction to things" and abnormal to let it effect you, but how can it not? When another person is spiteful, vindictive or deliberately harmful, it's normal to defend yourself. That chicken analogy was literally the worst one he could have used. No one would sit there and say nothing if they got chicken instead of the steak that they ordered. That's literally the dumbest thing to do. Why pay, say $45 to eat chicken instead of the steak you asked for, when you could have just ordered and paid $25 for the same chicken?
