as much as I disagree with the Democrats and their blatantly wrong and misinformed protesting, we can agree that the rise of authoritarians on the right is concerning. With everything that's happened so far, I believe the feds and ICE have done a good job allowing people to exercise their 1 amendment rights, by allowing the chaos as much as they did, when these were an obvious communists tactic to attack our right to protest.
Who's winning exactly though? Where's those tax cuts promised, no tax on overtime, Healthcare???, no cuts to medicaid?, America first but billions sent to save other countries. I personally don’t believe it is, but let’s use common sense.

You're right, the founding Fathers did not intend for our constitution to apply to illegal immigrants and state governments that flout the actual constitutional power of the federal government. The last time that states openly rebelled against the federal governments laws was the start of the civil war. so as far as I can see the left would rather their countrymen die than people who are not supposed to be here in the first place get sent home.
the first amendment protects gathering it does not protect blocking public road ways. the second I can't really say anything about because I'd never complain about someone exercising their second amendment but whenever you carry a gun there is a risk and as gun carriers we must accept that risk. feds have been shooting people for having a gun on them for decades. do you guys not care when the ATF and FBI do it? you'd be shocked at how many people have been shot just for exercising their 2A. you waiting to care about it until now just makes you sound ridiculous. and who is being forced to house feds?
