CNN has videos of the shooting from several angles start to finish. Alex Pretti was never holding any gun. He saw some ice goons shove a woman to the ground and, as an ICU nurse, went to assist her. The ice goons came up to him and sprayed a chemical in his face and eyes. He turned his head and backed around 10-15 feet away from them. The agents grabbed him and knocked him down as he tried to render aid to the downed woman. 5-7 officers started beating on him. One repeatedly hitting him in the head with a metal can. One officer appeared to hold a gun in the air he either pretended to retrieve from Alex's waistband or actually did. Not sure which because it is common for some cops to carry throw away guns they claim belonged to victim they shoot. In any case, Alex never had a gun in his hand, only his cell phone. Then they started shooting him at close range as he lay on the ground. they shot him at least ten times.
