those stats are old, San Francisco stats from the 80's and 90's. They were based on bodies resulting from homicide. They're accurate for the time. Not as polar these days but still egregious. What I'd like is the damn nationwide stats for 2000 to 2020. Homicide only. Broken down in Gun death or other.
