Did I hear REPEATED violations? Give me ONE MORE chance? That’s why we have the spoiled young generation that we have now. It’s sad but true. You know the first time before you screw up there will be consequences. That’s what my son was taught. In Navy now 16 years. Very proud of him.

I had more respect, or fear of my father than the police. He taught me respect for women as well as for others and property and law. He died when I was 17 and I received many letters from acquaintances and friends stating what a strong,honorable, and respectful individual he was. I've always tried to continue along those lines. I am always grateful for having had great parents. I've continued passing good values and respect to my daughter and grandchildren. 🙏

I worked in prob n parole 25 years. sometimes they don't learn until they have a few months in real prison. it takes several hearings to get them revoked off probation and to some it's a joke. then they finally hit prison and come out so much more willing to follow rules. no more being mouthy n bucking the system

Best to do what they tell you to do. Some of the people I dealt with in the parole department were basically jerks who talked down to you. I had 40 hours community service but only worked 20 because they would let you leave early. Had one guy tell me that I was a good worker so I think if you give it a little effort they'll cut you some slack.
