I have had my orders stolen before, so I don't do business with restaurants that put orders on a shelf for anyone to take . Mostly bc it's a real difficult process to get the order replaced. But really, restaurants, put this behind the counter!!

FunFact: If you go up to the counter of most fast food restaurants during their lunch rush and just say "DoorDash" - They will give you FREE food!
They do have orders on those shelves that weren’t picked up or like messed up orders that you can actually take in the evenings. You won’t know what it is until you open it though but I think he was stealing this time

I made an order online and two women walked in and took off with it before I got there. The store made it right for me. Some people are just trash these days.

He either paid on line or paid at the register after he put his order in. Our Wawa you order on the kiosk then go pay for it and turn your receipt in when your food is ready.

I order and pay ahead so I don't have to wait in line. Additionally, delivery drivers also pick up their orders and sometimes pick up the wrong order or too many drinks. I had a milkshake delivered once and I told the driver it wasn't mine; his response was /*-%2B*%Well it is now
