No put it in oven cover fish with vegetables, add a little water, cover entire pan with aluminum foil for 40 min.Take aluminum foil off ,flip fish over ,place back in over for 30 min.Dont forget to gut it out,cut head off and add same spices,vegetables inside.

I grew up on fried, grilled, steamed w/veggies & stewed 🐠. Ok let’s not forget 🐠 soup & most islanders been cooking their fish like that, hell even better. I swear social media is full of true & false narratives,stories/information.
