if you live in a area prone to floods, you kinda want them to be trained in dealing with out of control situations such as this may present. seems as if the youngster is not fearful of the water and that is already ahead of the game.

why would teach a child to walk down that board,as little as he is .that water is way to powerful for his size.

I personally think it is imperative to teach young children how to swim, especially if you live near water or lakes or ponds. I grew up on the west coast of California. I don't remember a time when I didn't know how. And I raised 2 boys that started swim lessons at 6 months.

He is not learning anything in that, other than how TO drown. That is ridiculous, "teaching" him in that water. All he would have to do is slip out of that man's arms and he's gone. The life vest would not help when the water is going over his head. They are very irresponsible parents Not to mention the huge rocks he is walking over. One slip off that board and his head will be a scrambled egg. And I am FAR from a helicopter parent. I push my kids to do tough things, but not things that are dangerous.

That is nothing more than a natural wave pool. If you live in an area with violent water, learning to swim in it will save your life. Panic kills, and being exposed at a young age will begin to create muscle memory lessening a panic response.

Stupid parents or whomever. Hope that was AI but I think not. People are stupid because you can’t control the water. You just can’t control what it does that could could’ve just been gone from you. Grow up.

Kids have to learn safety measures depending on their environment. Some folks grow up near the edges of some mighty rivers; I sure did. By the age of three, , I was a swimmer who had no fear…soooo? The child is preparing…

There’s nothing wrong at all with what there doing imageimg a kid falling into wart without people there now he’s trained and evadentky they live right by it and they had have kids fall into wart accidentally so that’s great parenting teaching their kids that with back up and there’s ropes under the water. Everything they’re set up perfect that’s the way parents should be doing with their kids nowadays instead of letting them sit in front of a TV with video games teach them outdoors teach them survival that’s what they need to learn how to communicate with the world.

I doubt anyone would let that kid walk a plank, that should he fall, his head would be smashed on the rocks! So I call this fake! If real, every adult out there needs to be jailed for endangering a youth or minor.

Another country's survival skills teaching, probably have major flooding. They don't intend to let kids do it alone, but in case a child slips from your arm, this gives you time. 🤔
