If he had proper form he’d never lift that. With his back being elevated hes taking a lot of that wait off of his chest and he’s able to get a good push with his feet to get that up. If his back was flat on the bench which is where it should be only then would he be using most of his chest to lift. Anybody can cheat like this. It takes real strength to do a bench press with your back flat on the bench. I’m not impressed by this one bit
