When I worked at Wendy's, I use to talk people out of getting extra ice when they got to the window😂 "ma'am, when you order, ask for your drink with no ice, then ask for a cup of ice. Milk it!" Getting extra ice means your drink is mostly gone by the time you make it home lol

Honestly my son works in the fast food chain. He says he has so many rude customers everyday that literally demand things from him not asking. Why is it so hard to be polite to these guys. Just bc it’s a fast food place doesn’t mean they are slaves. The workers do these things to the customers that treat them badly. 9 times out of 10 if you just ask nicely not only will it make a bad day better but you as the customer will get what you really want.

A lot of places are charging extra for no ice, I know Dutch Bros and McDonalds both do that. For a large soda no ice at McDonalds the other day and t was 39 cents more. And most times when I ask for no ice or light ice I still get 2 sips of soda and a cup filled to the rim with ice.
