I don't know if this is real or not but if someone ever gets falsely convicted and does a lot of time in prison and they find out later and get released the judge the lawyers the police anybody and everybody that was involved in that case should have to go to prison and do some serious

I bet you if he was white he wouldn't have been in prison so long.i say it because I am angry got raped by my diabetes nurse practitioner and because he took a plead bargain he only got 9 months in county he white im Hispanic what does that tells you. racism still exist in this country at a high level. and to top it all I can't even sue because the status of limitation on adult rape is 2 years and I reported to late. it kills me to know how he got away with it. like I told the judge what ever time you give him he will be out but I have to carry with this for the rest of my life. no matter what I said to the judge he still gave him 9 month.

poor man missed out on his baby growing up and then he passed away. The judge sounds like he's mocking the man. "Your son wanted to be here, but he passed away last winter." Judge just broke the man's heart more and now he will never truly be able to feel his freedom

sad part one committed the crime probly live long health life free and done dead 58 years later. this man missed a life, a wedding, kids, fun, and all his family died while in prison. even people prosecuted him probly dead. so they got by with it to. thats $58,000,000 plus 58 years interest guess- 312,000,000 and reopen case to proscute and still alive and take every cent they got. 馃挄

they dont care! they lock people up every day to profit, it has nothing to do with what's right and wrong. the courts are evil, give child molesters that are like them 4 years and a person that does drugs a life sentence. some of the drug addicts are products of the very ones that lock them up.. its all a buisbess. Trump goes to war on fentenal because it hurts the opium buisness. they created alhkida to take over the opium buisness! 85% of the opium in the world Biden left all they needed to keep control of the opium buisness. all that killing and tax payers money was to control drugs! thats a facts.

That was a miscarriage of justice. That was also terrible 馃槥 a innocent young man thrown away for 58 years. I feel they own him everything because of the injustice done to him. That's sad his son had he loved and knew was only 5 years old when he got locked up and passed away last year after his father falsely was accused did over 58 years behind bars no fault at all and to lose his son has killed him on the inside of his heart and his every being. This is heart breaking that he has gone through and beon.I feel they stole his whole life from him and his happiness. They owe him millions and millions of dollars 馃挼 馃挵 馃. He been in jail since the 60s. It's sad where he goes from here to a attorney office to collect!馃憤馃檹

Everyone involved in his conviction should have to put away just as he has endured. His life was taken away. What can he do now. Then they will complain of him living on the system. What will he do or where will he go. Any amount of money won鈥檛 replace what they have stolen from him. Even if this video isn鈥檛 real,I don鈥檛 know, it has a powerful message. The justice system doesn鈥檛 work for everyone. But what else is there?IJS

I do not know if this is real but I read a story last week of a man that was locked up as a juvenile and he stayed in prison many years because he would NOT say he did a crime he did not do. The sad thing is this happens to Black people more often than it happens to any other nationalities in America.
