The map that shows actual population densities also show there to be wayyy more red dots and bigger but fewer blue dots where sanctuary cities are. There's an easy fix for all this. Every state should have exactly 100 electoral votes. Then when the popular vote is tallied, whatever percentage voted Democrat, that's how many votes they get. Whatever percentage voted Republican, that's how many votes THEY get. Whatever percentage voted otherwise, that's how many votes they get. That's way, every person's vote counts. No more "If 51% vote one way, they get all the votes." That's the way a Constitutional Republic should do it. EVERYONE having an equal vote.
