it's the animals that have not been taught any better the parents who don't give a damn about their kids and the kids that have not been taught about personal property and personal responsibility if you destroy somebody else's property you should be held responsible for it and your parents should be held responsible for it so if you're caught defacing or destroying private property you and your parents should be liable for the repair so that means that your mother and father and you will have to pay the cost of repairing what you destroyed over on this side that means your mother and father are going to have to go to court pay for a lawyer and you are going to have to go I'm telling you this is the only way that things like this are going to stop they're going to have to be held responsible for their children's actions
