I see agents on YouTube who sound like they don't speak ENGLISH well! Just like people who work as receptionists & it's hard to understand them as ENGLISH is obviously their 2nd language. It's about OUR language. I remember when CA voted in 1986 for CA to be an English only state. CA voters approved it into law! It was revoked in court. It was deemed racist.
