Church - when 2 or more are gathered in the name of Christ. NOT a building. Cant claim private property because of the tax exempt filing, so therefore its public and yes they have the right to do what they are doing. Might be morally wrong but it is lawful! And it's the churches fault for 501C3 and allowing the US government to dictate what can and cant be preached.
