Dump oil. Oil pressure stays around 40 psi. As long as you have some oil pressure your good. im assuming that your car will take 4 to 4.5 quarts. You put 10 quarts in 😂 not good. You will be fouling spark plugs. Once you do this sell your car as is.
Your oil amount is measured by your dipstick. It is strange that you have oil pressure with the car off. You also have no gas light on

lady that is not a gage to let know that it's empty or needs filled it's a pressure gage to inform you that you have good or bad pressure totally different than your fuel gage drain your oil until there's about 4.5 quarts and you will be ok you don't want it to be over filled but by the way it appears you need a mechanic to fix your car

Yeah, sometimes you have to take the radiator cap off and top off the increase with at least 2 qt of oil. That's a runoff. There's a reservoir, a runoff reservoir. It'll collect the extra that to get your pressure off. Okay, make sure your car's running when you do it. Though. So you want to start the car? Don't let it get too hot. Take the radiator camp off and then add about two quarts of oil.And you should be good to go
