The weight isn’t always the issue, there are cops that are heavy that came do their jobs just fine. it doesn’t help, but it’s not the entire issue. Who trained the guy would be my question. He is unaware and clumsy and generally slow They should either train him for a different position, or let him go. He is going to get someone and probably himself severely injured or killed.
