I make 100 meatballs at a time to last my boyfriend 2 months..I Freeze them.. some I make into GIANT MEATBALLS, that way if he wants stuffed peppers he stuffs the giant meatball into the pepper, add spaghetti sauce top with cheese..all done! (well, he does have to cook it) lol😆😆💕💕
