I got over my addiction of alcohol, liver transplant and fought back to be in my kids lives, Now I do have everything not just something, EVERYTHING!!! Help and encourage family and friends who are battling addiction and always be there for them to to stop abusing any substances

Always stay strong show strength show understanding listen to yourself. Listen to others respect yourself love yourself and others will follow. Learn when to respond. Everything doesn’t need an answer. Forget the ones that bring you home forgive the ones that have hurt you of all forgive yourself for letting these things happen. These are like the steps of changing your aura we need to watch the things that we feed our brain rearrange things and you can come out of addiction. Thank you.
