However, if he was interfering and or obstructing then he forced them to use force. subsequently he has to accept responsibility for his actions. Stay clear and you won't get hurt, doesn't prevent your from demonstrating.

I’m sure you only know half of the story. If you obstruct a federal agent doing his job, you chose the repercussions. Too bad, so sad.
