3 parts rubbing alcohol and 1 part water in a spray bottle and you got a great de-icer
start the car and put the defrosters on. let it run for 20-30 mins. sit indoors and drink your coffee. next time park in the garage and tou won't have this issue.

you have to use cool water to melt the ice not hot water it can break your windshield or even the outside water hose to water your car down to get the ice off
take a gallon zip lock bag and fill with Luke warm water. move it slowly and it will clear off the ice

It helps to use the defroster before that
start the car, put the defrosters on full speed, and make sure your heat is on high speed. after about 3 minutes it should be easier to clean the ice off the windshield.

Windshield washing fluid that is made for winter weather actually removes this. Just pour some in a spray bottle.
Pour cold water on it. It's warmer than the ice and it's not too much warmer, meaning it won't cause the glass to rapidly expand and shatter.
How could someone over 5 actually think that would work? Is this just for trolling likes/views? Just start the thing for 10 min. As a bonus you got a warm car to get in.
