He didn’t stop her because of the seat belt, he stopped her because of the Dealer Tag on the car, which was not probable cause to stop. Not all LE Officers behave this way. This makes the rest of them look bad.

OMFG 😳. This reminds me of getting pulled over for the same thing. I was wearing my seatbelt and removed it when I stopped for the officer. I wasn't even in Michigan 24 hours and the entire family knew I was pulled over. lol 🤣. He let me go with a warning ⚠️. I told him I had it on!!! I was on vacation from Florida, yep pulled me over.
