Behind the trailer wheels if you put some cinderblocks under the frame it should go up without messing with the truck

they make a specific trailer just for fork lifts home depot and other rental places have them the deck lowers making for a safe and easy load at minimum cost

Put a few dunnage blocks under the back of the trailer so it only drops a bit and not enough to raise the truck

Most trailers like that have jack stands in the rear that you can lower and lock in with a pin.

when you load a forklift on a regular trailer you going backwards all the way it's on the back in a flat mount the front wheels that the pulling wheels will still be on the tailgate where it can get traction on the wire mesh

not enough truck, and your loading it the wrong way, back up it. all the weight is in the ass end
