That's illegally sawed off. It's the carbine version of the Taurus Judhe a revolver chambered in 45lc with an elongated cylinder allowing it to chamber .410 shotgun shells. Basically allowing it to fall into a legal Grey area so as not to be classified a s a short barreled shotgun. HOWEVER, the weapon shown is equipped with a stock and is not a handgun, therefore cutting the barrel down to less than 16 inches makes this a short barreled shotgun. Without a tax stamp this unfortunately makes it very illegal.

Revolver type long guns have been somewhat dangerous in the past because the escaping gas between the cylinder and the barrel on normal revolver designs is enough to destroy tissue, bone, etc. That's why this kind revolver design has never been very popular with longarms. If it gets too close, and if your hand is on the forearm of a cylinder type rifle or shotgun design, that same gas leak could destroy your arm. It definitely looks like they have manufactured some type of guard on the cylinder of this firearm to prevent this.
think it would be perfect for a little home defense. create a big enough impact to stop the intruder without the overspray of a 10, 12 or 16 guage or the extreme cost of a 28 guage

Its cheap and easy to reload shotgun shells with a few hand tools. Most expensive thing is the powder and primers. You can get lead free from a garage.

I like the buckshot out of the 410. It usually has 3 large round pellets, with this five shot its a great pistol with spread.🫡
