In my belief, I feel that a lot of people will frown upon this ONLY because there are people out there who have gone through wars and extremely fatal fires, injuries, etc, that completely reconstructed their face, without having the choice of their own to go through that or not. While that face can go to someone who NEEDS it, it's going to somebody else who WANTS it due to insecurities and/or personal preferences, instead. In MY PERSONAL OPINION, I believe that is why SOME people will get butthurt over this type of surgery. I support everyone though. But wanted to put my thought processes theory's out there

he didn't get a face transplant let's see they're fixed car or some kind of accident when face transplants are done even 10 years later they don't look this good and the two people that's got burned faces and got work done from donors and doesn't look anything like that and the ones I've seen online even if they had a perfect base and a perfect cadaver it wouldn't have been anywhere near this good
there is only one person in the world that has had a face transplant, and it's not you. you shouldn't play like that
