This is a good decision, I had a friend who was petite but had a nose like that, she had it fixed and she looked like a new person. For these kind of reasons plastic surgery is a Godsend. Same with breast reduction surgery, makes life enjoyable again!

I understand why she did it. It’s easy to say “love yourself” when you have a feature that you KNOW with certainty will result in you getting judged and passed over. Women and men who aren’t seen as conventionally attractive have a harder time in many careers and such.
