I just listen and went through this on people making comments about cured meats what they didn't know was this it is healthier and it is the best way to eat especially Italian also seeing meats like this that are prepared and cured and then smoked I just wish people would not give negative comments about people's cultures or their foods keep your opinions that are vulgar to yourself it's evidently you have no etiquette or manners when making derogatory remarks about somebody else's cultural foods

Damn, that's memories 😲 my grandfather,my uncle, my father, we had a smoke house with a salt box,for salting that meat 🍖 down,hang it up for a while, then wrap it up for months at a time, curing it. I'm afraid most of them days are gone 🤔
