I just listen and went through this on people making comments about cured meats what they didn't know was this it is healthier and it is the best way to eat especially Italian also seeing meats like this that are prepared and cured and then smoked I just wish people would not give negative comments about people's cultures or their foods keep your opinions that are vulgar to yourself it's evidently you have no etiquette or manners when making derogatory remarks about somebody else's cultural foods

I'd eat it. ham is notorious for parasites, highly doubt this kills them, just make sure you do your parasite cleanse 2x a year

Damn, that's memories 馃槻 my grandfather,my uncle, my father, we had a smoke house with a salt box,for salting that meat 馃崠 down,hang it up for a while, then wrap it up for months at a time, curing it. I'm afraid most of them days are gone 馃
