If you shoot an unarmed man in the back 4 times that is moving away from you and that has not harmed you that is COLD BLOOD murder with all the witnesses and videos and the shooter trying to instigate, , notice the difference in clothes of the shooter between the video’s? He went back to his car to get the gun , for where he shit the moving victim shows he has had lots of practice,, lots of anger , 23 years old ,, he was looking for a reason to use it instigating the situation for a reason to use it,, the man shot has three children that now I don’t have a father,, ,, there was a time that with everything you see here they would not of had or needed a trial he would of hung from the neck until dead ,, I feel bad for both families involved but I don’t see this to be anything less then intentional murder

You can clearly see this guy is escalating in hopes to use that pistol. I'm 100% for self defense and stand your ground but when he pulled the weapon and the unarmed guy attempted to flee it went from any chance of self defense to murder.

I knew the victim for about 9 years and worked with him and his brother, never saw any anger or temperament from either of them , always respectful and well mannered,, never heard or known them to harm or threaten anyone

This is sad. It didn’t have to escalate to someone losing their life. A gun is supposed to protect you from harm and dangerous situations. In this case it was only a few words and the situation could’ve been resolved as soon as the authorities arrived. My condolences go out to the families and friends of the victim and for the shooter I hope and pray you find peace in your heart to forgive yourself for what you’ve done..
