I'd think that's the way to do it. They don't want to pay. They should of been paid for the concrete. They are not going to be able to ruin your concrete. it's not their's to do this to. But it is their. concrete and they are not paid go for it

Why would you do that that mean why not just take him to court? You guys could put a contractors lien on that house and get your money I don’t get why you would do anything like that. That’s just childish right there now you’re gonna get nothing zip zero zilch because you want to make a video even don’t even get a bunch of enough hits to pay for what you just did so you lose both ways I mean, that was just crazy to me.

I’ve done concrete for 36 years. This is a shit job I wouldn’t pay either.😡

This is why all contractors need contracts before working stating they can take back their work. Company policy contracts are backed by law which can overturn situations where a greedy tenant does this

you could put a lien on that property in my state

They obviously aren’t too smart wherever this is. Must not have a signed contract, lien laws, or a court system.

I’m with them 100% but hypothetically wouldn’t they get arrested for vandalism and damage of property until court settled the financial dispute?

I'm sorry but when you do work to a home in or out you get a license for the contract. With that being said all you do is put a lien against his license or home. Then he can't sell the home before paying you, can't register a vehicle, or really do much other than cash. Next you go to the courts and file a lawsuit for the contract violation and refusal to pay. It will take time but that homeowner is screwed until you get paid. Wasting what you've paid for and your labor is just foolish

That’s why some places make you sign before they work stating when it’s done you have to pay and if you don’t it says on the paper they can take it back

So what you’re telling us by doing this is you’re an unlicensed individual who doesn’t understand how laws work. If somebody doesn’t want to pay or is refusing to pay you as a licensed individual, you have several ways of getting your money. This is not one of them.
