When you fall anywhere you need to document it. Why you ask because a few years down the road it affects your body. All of a sudden your back, leg, neck and other things hurt you. Over the years I've had a few falls. I also had a car accident about 30 years ago and I'm having neck issues now. Falling in parking area, at home,down stairs on butt. We'll had back surgery 16 years ago and now I have hip problems. Also having arm shoulder problems. Need Xrays. First thing they ask did you fall or how many times. This is why I suggest everyone from when you can remember write it in a notebook just for medical. Don't matter if in 20's. It's a lot easier also for surgeries.馃馃
